Privacy Policy

Your conversations are processed on your device. All messages, chat queries, photos analyzed by visual models, and model weight files are processed exclusively inside your device’s local private storage.

You do not need a Lapis account to chat. Your prompts, images and responses are not sent to a Lapis cloud inference server. Conversations and numerical usage statistics are stored locally.

Model downloads connect to their hosting provider, and purchases are handled by Apple. Some system resources may require internet. The optional Mac local server only shares responses with clients you authorise when you enable it.

This website uses Vercel Analytics for aggregate visitor statistics. These website statistics are separate from the app and do not include your Lapis conversations.
